This form of security affords a safe means of investment for small or large sums of money. ' Denominations.—£l, £lO and £lOO. All amounts required can be made up by combination. Thus for £l2s—one at £lOO, two at £lO, and five at £I, or 125 single £1 certificates if desired. Interest commences to run from date of purchase. Repayment. — The General Government of New Zealand is responsible for repayment of matur- * ity of the certificates. Cnrrency.— Three currencies are available—namely, one year, two years, and five years—Commencing in each case from date of purchase. Negotiability.— Certificates are payable to bearer and are readily negotiable. Custody.— The Post Office will undertake safe custody of the certificates (free of any charge) and will issue a receipt on surrender of which x the certificates may be unlifted at any time.
