Herbert Edwin Grainger, of Hastings. retired builder, was fined £2 this morning in the Napier Magistrate’s Court on a charge of negligent driving. The case arose out of a collision with a lorry on the Awatoto road, near the Abattoir. A charge of dangerous driving was dismissed. SHORT ADDRESSES TO MEN. APPEARANCE.
