FOR THE H.B. CHILDREN’S HOME

A very successful bridge party was given by Mrs W. G. Stead, president of the Women’s Community Club, on Tuesday last, for the funds of the H.B. Children’s Homes in Napier. The party was held at the home of Mr and Mrs Richmond, Nelson street, which w T as lent for the, occasion. Mrs Stead was wearing a charming dress u-f black georgette. Mrs Richmond was wearing a smartly cut frock of black lace. Those present included Mr and Mrs Stead. Mr and Mrs Richmond, Mr and Mrs Krogh. Mrs H. Stevens, and others.
