BESULTS RECEIVED FROM LONDON. SUCCESSFUL NAPIER CANDIDATES. X The results of the examinations of the City and Guilds of London Institute, which were conducted in Now Zealand in June last, have been received from London by the New Zealand Education Department. The following is a list of the successful candidates in the Napier centre:— Arnold, Alfred L., mechanical engineer, div. 1., grade I, pass: Fraser, John, motor-car engineering, grade 1., pass; Johansen, Gordon 11., minor course in plumbing, grade 1., pass; Leete, Morden F., electrical installation work, final written and practical, second-class pass; Neilson, Cuthbert 8., mechanical engineering, div. 1., grade 1., pass; Williams, Raymond N., mechanical engineering, div. 1., grade 11., written and drawing firstclass pass; Zemanek, Norman, mechanical engineering, div. I, grade 1, pass.
