ANNUAL COMMUNICATION. ELECTION OF OFFICERS. Christchurch, Nov. 30. Representatives of the Masonic Grand Lodge to the number of 300 were present at the annual communication held in the Christchurch Masonic Temple to-day. Mr. George Russell, pro-Grand Master, presided. Officers for the new year were elected as follows:—Pro-Grand Master, Mr G. Russell (Wellington); Grand Chaplains, the Rev. W. Strachan (West Coast), E. Evans (Taranaki). After a long discussion on the appointment of a Judicial Board, it was decided to defer further consideration till the next annual convocation.

At the evening sitting thn new officers were installed. The ProGrand Master elect. Mr. George Russell (Wellington), was reinstalled, and Mr, W. R. T. Leiebton (Auckland) designated bv the Grand Master as his deputy for the year was duly invested.
