Buildings, Nov. 30 A conference is to take place between representatives of the House of Representatives and the Legislative Council regarding the amendments made by the Council tn the Rent Restriction Continuance Bill. The House is disagreeing with the amendments on the ground that they do not. afford sufficient relief to the tenant and that the time fixed for the expiration of the Act does not permit of the cpmstiofi being dealt with by the new Failiament,
