The United States places twice as great a sum on each individual As Australia has only two-thirds and the United Stales one-quarter of the trade value of the Dominion per head, what is each New Zealander worth The question was asked by Mr Norman Gribble in an address to the Auckland Rotary Club recently. Mr Gribble spoke of the “disgrace” of the unemployment in the Dominion and snid that if the trouble was diagnosed it would bo found to exist because manpower was not properly utilised New Zealand needed more people in Hie country and she also needed her own people to be better trained.
