World’s Speed and Endurance Records lowered by Studebaker Commander Two Studebaker Commander Roadsters and one Commander Sedan established new official stock model records for Speed and Endurance between October 18th and November 4th at Atlantic City Speedway. Roadsters completed 25,000 miles in less than 23.000 minutes, establishing average of 65.35 miles per hour. Sedan completed 25,000 miles in less than 25,000 minutes, establishing average 61.98 miles per hour, all stops included. Records supervised and checked by Contest Board of American Automobile Association —the same Board as supervised and checked Major Segrave’s famous record. Only cars that arc built liko Studebakers can stand up to tests like this. We are now delivering exactly the same cars from our stocks cars in Hastings. We invite you to call in and try out a COMMANDER to-day and judge for yourself how superior the COMMANDER is to any other car offered in New Zealand to-day. If you are not convinced you will not be asked to buy. Ths Tourist Motor Co., Ltd - - Hastings MAURICE D BLAKE, Napier Representative. W. B. BLACKBURN, Waipukurau Representative.
