NEGLIGENT DRIVING
YOUTH FINED £lO3. LICENSE CANCELLED. (Per Press Association). Hamilton, Nov, 30. In the Supreme Court a fine of £l(X)_ was imposed on John Blair, aged 19, who was found guilty of negligent driving, thereby causing the deaths of Walter Reynolds and John Ward in a collision at Hilcrest on October 15. The accused was also debarred from holding a driver's license for three years.
