EVEN GRASPS THE DEAD, (Received 29, 8.20 a.m.) Sydney, Nov. 28. Under the preference clauses of the Undertakers' new Court award, friends or relatives of deceased persons will not be permitted to handle coffins at funerals nor will drivers of hired vehicles be permitted to perform such duties. All the work must be carried out by members of the Undertakers' Assistants’ Union.
