NEW GUINEA GOLD
EXEMPTION FROM TAX. (Received 29, 8.20 a.m.) Sydney, Nov. 29. Following upon the New Guinea goldminers' decision to divert their gold shipments from Australia, the Federal Parliament is passing legislation to exempt such gold from the heavy tax imposed on it by the Federal Tax Commissioner.
