Engine and Carriage Derailed: The engine and first carriage of tho 4.16 p.m. train from Wellington tor Alasterton were derailed midwway between Kaitoke and The Summit, on the Wellington side of the incline, about 6.13 p.m. yesterday by a small fall of rock. No one was hurt. The rear portion of the train was taken back to Kaitoke. where the 25 pas* sengers were transferred to r. Railway Department bus from Lower Hutt, and taken to Feathersto'n, where they joined a special train to Masterton. No damage was done and the line wits expected to bo clear about JO p.m.
