REFERRING to an advertisement appearing in the Hawke’s Bay “Tribune” on the 29th October, and sth, 12th and 19th November, 1927, setting worth the Proposal of the Hastings Borough Council to borrow the sum of £lO,lOO for the purposes— WATERWORKS EXTENSION: Including Reservoir and Purchase of Land therefor; the Purchase of Machinery in connection therewith; and Sinking Additional Artesian Wells £9,925.
