REFERRING to an advertisement appearing in the Hawke’s Bay “Tribune” on the 29th October, and sth, 12th and 19th November, 1927, setting worth the Proposal of the Hastings Borough Council to borrow the sum of £lO,lOO for the purposes— WATERWORKS EXTENSION: Including Reservoir and Purchase of Land therefor; the Purchase of Machinery in connection therewith; and Sinking Additional Artesian Wells £9,925. Cost of raising the loan and contingencies £l7s—total £lO,lOO as set out in the said advertisement I HEREBY GIVE PUBLIC NOTICE that a Poll of the Ratepayers (including all’other persons entitled to vote on Proposals to raise Loans) will be taken at the undermentioned places which I hereby appoint Polling places for the purpose of the said Poll on WEDNESDAY, the 30th NOVEMBER, 1927, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. (Summer Time) namely:— 1.
