RE HAVELOCK ’BUSSES

(To the Editor), Sir,—If from what one gathers Messrs Nimon and Sons were to start a petition to get the railway busses off the Havelock road, I am thinking that the Railway Department and some Mangeteretere residents would get some shock. Will the Railway Department allow Messrs. Nimon an<T Sons a bus service to Napier? Never, so why should not Nimon’s object to poaching on the run they hhve sb carefully looked after for years? I think it is just about time the Railway Department know something about fair plav.—Yours, etc., HAVELOCK NORTH. 24/11/27.
