MANCHURIAN RAILWAY
J. P. MORGAN LOAN ARRANGED Washington, Nov. 23. It is understood that negotiations are virtually completed for a J. P. Morgan and Co. 30.000.000 dollar loan to the South Manchurian railway. It is reported that various Chinese groups protested on the ground that it will give Japan a greater grip on China.—(A. and N.Z.)
