MR BALDWIN QUESTIONED. MATTER UNDER - CONSIDERATION. [British Official Wireless.] (Received 22, 12.30 p.m.) Rugby, Nov. 21. The Premier was asked in the House of Commons whether it was the intention of the Government to present a bill next session for the reform of the House of Lords. Mr. Baldwin said he was not at present in a position to make any statement on the subject. Asked further whether the matter was under consideration, or whether no action would be taken, Mr Baldwin said it was obviously under consideration.
