CABINET RESIGNS.
SOCIALISTS’ DEMAND.
(Received 22, 1.50 p.m.) Brussels, Nov. 21, Cabinet has resigned, the Ministers disagreeing regarding a Socialist demand for the reduction of the term of military service from 10 months to six months. It is expected that M. Jaspar will reconstitute the Cabinet, eliminating the Socialists.— (A.P.A. and “Sun” cable.)
