BUS COMPANY’S PLANT
THE PRICE TO BE PAID BY AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL. Auckland, November 19. , The Compensation Court decided Wat the Auckland City Council shall pay £19,902 compensation to the G.O.C. 'Bus Service and the supplementary fleet taken over by order of the Supreme Court in August last, being £16,-127 to the Mount Eden Motor Omnibus Company for 35 G.O.C 'buses, with garage, etc., and £3475 for nine 'buses, garage, etc., formerly owned by R. H. Hieatt, The claimant had asked for £29.195 and £BBO9 respectively, and the City Council had offered approximately £13,600.
