ALLEGED FORGED BANKNOTES.
CONFISCATED AT FRANKFURT TEN MEN ARRESTED. (Received 21, 9.15 a.m.) Berlin, Nov. 20. A ton of allegedly forged Russian banknotes of the face value of millions of pounds, were confiscated at Frankfurt by the police and 10 men were arrested. They include Georgian plotters for the independence of G'eorgie, which they thus hoped to finance. They also included a Munich solicitor and a Frankfurt printer.—(A. and N.Z.)
