Pending the erection of Massey College temporary accommodation is being provided for the dairy research staff. Mr. F. M. McDowell, research chemist, visits America., Britain, and tlie Continent with a view to studying the latest research methods and nroblems. Mr. Shirtcliffe mentions the approaching visit of the Hon L M Amery, whose associating with the. Empire Marketing Board will afford opportunity for placing before the Home authorities the desire of the Council for imperial research, -ooperation ns well ns the local attitude towards the conduct of any such scheme.
