An old resident of Auckland. Miss Ellen Maud Cheeseman, died on November 14 at her home, Raumati street. She was a daughter of the late Mr Thomas and Mrs Eliza Cheeseman. Miss Cheeseman pos sessed considerable artistic ability. She was a a member of the original Sketchers’ Club in Auckland, and was also an exhibitor at the Auckland Art Society. Of a retiring disposition Miss Cheeseman was much esteemed by those who know her.
