NEW ZEALAND’S WREATH
PLACED BENEATH CENOTAPH
(Received 18, 10.5 a.m.) London, Nov, 17. The wreath, frozen in a block of ice, which the New Zealand ex-Sol-diers’ League intended for Armistice Day, but which arrived too late from Wellington, was placed beneath the Cenotaph by Sir James Parr in the presence of Captain Crawshaw, representing New Zealand ex-service men, and Mr. Donald Simpson, of the Empire Service League, and others.—(A. and N.Z.)
