Compared with the opening wool sale in Wellington in November, 1926, the prices realised on Monday last show an average advance of fourpence to sixpence on Merino wool and 3}d to old on crossbred wool. Fine crossbred and coarse halfbred is likely to show a further increase with coarser wools rising slowly in sympathy. The prices at present realised are particularly good in view of the heavier condition of the wool this year. Corns and Progandra have no place on the same foot. 1/6.
