IN BANKRUPTCY
ESTATE OF T. BADER. The bankrupt estate of Theodore Bader, labourer, of Hastings, has a deficiency of £159 13/2, the whole of which, with the exception of a small amount, is owing to unsecured creditors. The bankrupt, who is a married man with six children, attributed his position to illness and through occasional want of employment. Owing to his wife’s illness in having to enter a hospital on three occasions, he was obliged to remain at home to look after the family As a result he was unable to reduce any debts which, on the contrary, tended to increase. Ho was unable to make any offer to his creditors. The unsecured creditors are:— Hastings.—Sutherland’s £1 3/5, E. W. Clark 16/5, F.
