For being found drunk, Frederick William Hunt was fined £l, in default seven days ’ imprisonment. Judgment by default was given for the plaintiffs in the following undefended civil actions:—D.S. C. Buskett 18/(eosts only); J. West & Co. v. J. Keene, £1 15/9, costs 8/-; R. Limbric.k & Co. v. G. Dowling 8/- (costs only); same v. B. Hares, £l4 12/6, costs £2 14/-; R. W. Wills V. J. I). Fraser, £1 5/-, costs 8/-. Judgment Summonses: A. J. Bicknell was ordered to pay the Combined Buyers, Ltd., £37 11/2, at the rate of £lO per month, in default 28 days’ impri.mnnient.
