The foregoing are the only payments to be made by borrowers. The Society will commence business on MONDAY, December 7, 1874, at which time the first Subscriptions will bo payable at the Society's Office, Government Buildings, Napier, from 7 to 8 p.m., and thenceforth on each succeeding first Monday in each month. Applications for advances will be received at the Society's Office, Napier, on MONDAY NEXT, the 7th December, from 4.30 to 5 p.m., and from 7 to 8 o'clock p.m.; and after that date the Office will be open daily (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays excepted) from 4.30 to 5 o'clock p.m., at which time persona wishing to take up shares will be enabled to do so. The Township of Woodville, situate at the junction of the Wellington, Napier, and West Coast roads, four miles from the Manawatu Gorge. Sections: Quarter-acres. Upset price, from £5 to £lO per section 5. Suburban Lands, adjoining Woodville, and situate along the mailroad ; about 5,500 acres, flat land and rich soil, in sections about 50 acres each.
