A wonderful variety of products are turned out—baking powI der, quinine wine, &c, and, most imporI tant of all, the now justly famous " YorkI shire Relish." Messrs Goodall, Backhouse and Co., introduced this popular sauce about eight years ago, and already its sale is over 300,000 bottles a month.
