[by electric telegraph. I LONDON. 15th August. Heavy-rains have interrupted harvesting operations. Marshal Bazainc has arrived at Cologne. 16th August. Austria and Russia have agreed to recognize the Spanish Government in pursuance of an agreement drawn by the three Emperors at Berlin for common action in all diplomatic questions. 19th August. The death of Sir Wm. Hansbury is announced. 22nd August. The weather is now favorable for harvest operations. Dr. Haast, of Canterbury, has received the order of the Iron Cross. 25th August. Austria recognizes the Spanish Government, but Russia refuses. PARIS. 18th August. A Bouapartist deputy was elected for Calvador by a large majority.
