The Kennedy family continue to draw crowded houses. Mr Kennedy's thoroughly Scotch humor, and perfect delineation of character, would alone be a sufficient attraction, to say nothing of the sweet singing and playing of tho Misses Kennedy, or the vocal powers of the rest of the company. Whether grave or gay, they are alike admirable—the spirit of the piece is thoroughly, entered into. Those best qualified to judge-r-the natives of Scotland —speak in the highest terms of the entertainment, and attend night after night for the sake of the memories evoked of ''the days of auld lang syne." But, it not only in the Scottish songs that the Kennedy family excel. In the occasional old English glees interspersed in their performance, they appear to great advantage, evincing thorough musical knowledge and perfect execution. It will be seen that only three more performances will be given in Napier. , The company intend proceeding overland to Wanganui, and we do not doubt that well-deserved success will continue to attend them.
