Sec. of the Havelock Races, Exchange Hotel, Havelock, by 7 p.m. on Tuesday, 23rd December, giving names of owners, names and descriptions of horses, and colors of riders. No person will be allowed to run a horse in any of the above Races unless a Subscriber of £1 to the Race Fund. Subscribers of 10s allowed to enter for Hack Races.
