The N.'Z.S.S. Cq.'s s.s, Rangatira, Capt. Hepburn, from Wellington, arrived in the roadstead at 6 o'clock last evening, and entered the Iron Pot at 1 p.m. today. She left Wellington at 5.30 p.m. on Mon day, 23rd inst., and arrived at Castle Point at 6 o'clock the next morning ; left again at 7 a.m., and arrived here as above. Had floe weather throughout the passage.-s=rShe will steam for Poverty Bay, Tauranga, and Auckland at 4 o'clock to-morrow morning. The brigantine Helen, Capt. M'Laren, §1 days out from Newcastle, N.S.W., arrived in the Bay at 4 o'clock this afternoon. She bring 3 the following cargo, consigned to Mr. J. H. Vautier:—23s tons coal, 500 felloes, 3Q pairs naves, and 1,000 spokes. The p.s. Luna took her departure for the East Coast last evening. The s.s. Star of the South steamed for the Thames and Auckland about 0.15 p.m. to day, with 56 head of cattle and 080 sheep. The schooner Tawera is announced to sajl for Poverty Bay to-morrow, weather permitting. The schooner Columbia left Auckland on the 17th inst., for Mercury Bay, there to load with timber for Napier. The p.s. Nebraska will leave Auckland for Honolulu aud San Francisco on the 28th inst. (to-morrow.) The cutter Dawn left Poverty Bay for Auckland on the 20th inst,, with 6,5 hales and 2 bags wool,
