PATENT for certain Improvements in the Construction and Manufacture of Revolving Berdan Basins, or Fans, used for the pulverisation, reduction, and amalgamation of Gold, Silver, or other ores, minerals, and any other fciuUstances, and in the apparatus employed tli e rein. This is to notify that Edward Man Corbett, of Grahamstovm, Thames Gold Fields, in the Province of Auckland, New Zealand, Engineer, did, on the sixteenth day of July last, deposit at the office of the Patent Officer, in the Colonial Secretary's Office, in Wellington, a specification or instrument in wilting under his hand and seal, parti cnlarly describing and ascertaining the nature of the said invention, and in what manner the same is to be performed ; and that by reason of such deposit the said invention is protected and secured to him exclusively for the term of six calendar months thence next ensuing. And I do further notify that the said Edward Man Corbett has given notice ju writing at my office of his in ten' ion to proceed with his application tor Letters Patent for the said imention, and I have FRIDAY, the tilt cent h day of Npvepiher next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at my office, to hear and consider the said application and all objections thereto; and I do hereby require all persons having an interest opposing the grant oi such Letters Patent to leave, on or before the eleventh day of November, at my office in Wellington, particulars in writing of their objections to the said application, Otherwise they will be precluded from urging the same.
