Up to a certain amount, Married Women may effect Policies, and dispose of the money assured by will, as i* single ; and such Policies are free from the debts and control of their husband*. 3. Insurances may be effected for the benefit of Wife and Children, with power to apportion amount; and such insurance is to be free from the claim of creditois, to the extent of £2,000.
