Star of the South left Auckland for this port at 4 p.m. yesterday. The steam launch Lily has been fitted with a new propeller—a larger one than she had previously. The schooner Lsetitia will, should the weather permit, sail for Auckland tomorrow morning. The three-masted schooner Storm Bird left Newcastle on the 11th September, for Napier, with a cargo of coal, consigned, we believe, to Mr Vautier. The brigantine Esther anchored in the roadstead this afternoon. This vessel left here, bound for Wellington via the coast, on the 26th ult. There has not been any communication with her yet, but she has probably put in for provisions.
