The effluvium arising from the stag riant lagoon, Waghorn street, Port Ahmiri, is at all times disagreeable; but during to day it has been intolerable — the carcase apparently of a dog, far advanced iu decomposition, having been added to its other unsavory contents. The air is poisoned far and near by this latest addition —to which we direct the attention of the Inspector of Nuisances, hoping that it may be speedily removed, and that the person who thus has endangered the health of his neighbors may be discovered and punched?
