WELLINGTON. [from; greville’s tele gram; company.] Tuesday, Sept. 17. A report which has been circulated here to the effect that Jam os Mackay, junior, is to be Native Minister is not true. When the House meets to day, it is expected that Mr. Vogel will announce the formation of a constitutional opposition. A man named John Kershoner attempted to commit suicide yesterday by cutting his throat. He is now recovering.
