Napier, s.s., from Wellington Coronilla, barque, from London via Auckland Pawn, cutter, from Wellington Hero, schooner, from Wairoa Three Brothers, schooner (repairing) PROJECTED DEPARTURES. Pawn, cutter, for Poverty Bay, to-night Hero, schooner, for Wairoa, to-night Napier, s.s., for Wellington, to-morrow The s.s. Napier, Cant. P. Doile, left Wellington at 6.30 p.m. on Tuesday last, 27th inst.; rounded Cape Palliser at 11 p.m., and passed Castle Point at 8 a.m. yesterday, arriving here at 2 o'clock this morning. Experienced a light northerly wind on the passage. The Napier was the bearer of a full general cargo and 4 passengers. —It will be seen by advertisement that this vessel will leave for Wellington at 11 a.m, to-morrow. The steam launch Lily commenced today to lighter the barque Coronilla. The cutter Dawn is expected to sail for Poverty Bay to-night. The schooner Hero will probably sail for Wairoa to-night. The brigantine Esther, from Napier via the coast, arrived at Wellington on the 25th inst. The ship Electra, which arrived at Wellington from London on the 26th inst., was the bearer of only 9 passengers r-r-not SO, as stated in a recent telegram. The three masted schooner Lady Bird, and the barque Anne Melhuisb, both from Newcastle, N.S.W., with coal, arrived at Wellington on the 26th and 27th jnst. respectively. The Dunedin Harbor Company have gent home orders by Mr Darling, its engineer, for the construction of a ship of 1200 tons burthen. The command of her on completion will be offered to Capt. Currie, of the City of Dunedin. Vessels can now unload at the Port Chalmers railway pier. All the cargo of the brig Our Hope, lately stranded at Oamaru, has been landed. The ketch Pioneer was totally wrecked jn the Patea River on the 7th inst. Efforts are being made in Sydney to induce the Government to stop the sailing of English mails on Sunday, Jt is reported that a vessel from New Zealand (name not given) has been very successful at the pearl fisheries in Western Australia.
