Luna, C.G. p.s., from Wellington Hector, brigantiue, from Warrnambool Saucy Lass, schooner, from Auckland via Mercury Bay Mary Ann Hudson, ketch, from Wairoa Three Brothers, schooner (repairing) PROJECTED DEPARTURES. Mary Ann Hudson, ketch, for Wairoa, early Luna, p.s., for Poverty Bay and Tanranga, to-night Saucy Lass, schooner, for Auckland, tomorrow The schooner Herald sailed for Auckland this afternoon, in ballast. The s.s. Rangatira arrived at Tanrauga this morning, at 8.45, from Napier and Poverty Bay. The schooner Columbia may now be daily expected to arrive from Kennedy's Bay, with a cargo of timber. The British mercantile marine consists of 37,000 vessels, representing 6,000,000 tons. Of these, 4,000,000 tons are steamers; and, altogether, the English have more ships than all other nations combined.
