FROM GREVILLWS TELEGRAM COMPANY. WELLINGTON. NEW ZEALAND PARLIAMENT. Saturday, July 27. In the Hou.se of Represcnatives yesterday, Mr Swanson asked the Government when it intended to introduce an Education Bill. Mr Fox, in reply, intimated that the Government had decided not to introduce such a Bill at all. The Public Health Bill made some progress in committee. The Tramways Bill has been read a second time. The Maori Representation Bill has been read a first time. A Bill legalising marriage with a deceased wife's sister was read a first time. The House has agreed to the motion calling for returns of immigration agents. The Public Health Bill was committed and reported as amended.
