Shedding will be put up for the Horses and accommodation for the Ploughmen convenient' to the work, and arrangements may be made for •supply of Oats and Hay at moderate prices—also for the use of double-furrow Ploughs (to be used with three Horses), which will be kept in repair during the progress of the work.
