NOTICE. THE MAIL LINE OF COACHES LEAVES the Tost Office, Napier Every Morning at 20 minutes past 8, calling at the following places , EAST CLIVE, H AVELOCK, at half-past 10 a.m. PAKIPAKI, TE AUTE, KAIKORA, WAIPAWA, WAIPUKURAU. Fares—to Paki Paki, 2s 6d; to Waipawa, ss; Waipukurau, 6s. An Express leaves Waipukurau every Wednesday and Saturday morning, at 7 o'clock, for Wallingford; returning from thence on Friday. A Coach leaves Waipukurau Every Morning at 7 o'clock, leaving Waipawa at 8, and Havelock at 12. THOMAS REYNOLDS, 128 Proprietor.

"HOPE OF MEANEE" TENT, 1.0. R, MEANEE. ! OPENING FESTIVAL ! X OF MEANEE" Tent will be celebrated on FRIDAY, 24th of May, (Queen's Birthday), when TEA will be piovided in LEVER'S HALL. After tea a Public Meeting will be held, when several addresses will be delhered by members of the Order. The proceedings will be varied by Songs, Recitations, &c. A Procession will be formed at Taradaie, opposite the paddock of the late Mr John Hammond, where Brethren are requested to assemble at half-past 3 o'clock. The Band of the Napier Rifle Volunteers have kindly given their services, and will be in attendance. Tea on the table at 4.30 p.m. Tickets—Adults, 2s 6d each; children under 12, Is—may be had from the Secretaries of the several Tents, at the various stoves, Meanee, and at Mr Schultze's store, Havelock, and at the Hawke's Bay Times office, Pon Ahuriri.
