Had Ji.N.E. winds across the 8.-iy of Plenty, with heavy rain. At Z a in. on the 28th (Sunday lust) rounded the East Cape, and at 4 o'clock the same afternoon passed Portland Island, heaving-to iu tight of Ahuriri Bluff at 10 o'clock that night. Light winds and calms then prevailing, did not come to an anchor until o'clocks this morning. A portion of her cargo is consigned to Mr LeQuesne and a portion to Mr Holt.—The Saucy Lass will leave for Auckland \'\a, the coast on Friday next. The schooner Hero, Campbell, master, left Wairoa yesterday morning, and arrived in port at 4 o'clock this morning, heaving experienced light airs and calms. Tne s.s.
