Vv to the time we went to press, there was jio appearance of either of the two steamers due from the North, the prevailing southerly Weather doubtless having caused them to seek shelter along the qoast.
The s.s. E.eera's probable date of departure hence for Wellington and Nelson has been aJteted to Saturday (to-morrow.) The s.s. .Uangatira is expected to leave for this port to-morrow morning. The three-masted schooner Lady Bird arrived at Wellington on the §th iust., with a c&rgo of wheat from Adelaide. The ship Qeleeno is loading at Wellington for London —to sail early in April.
