The N.Z.S.S. Co ,'s s.s. Keera, Captain Carey, from Wellington and Southern Ports, arrived in port at an early hour this morning, bringing a general cargo and several passengers.— She will take her departure for Poverty Bay, Tauranga, and Auckland at 6 o'clock this pvening. Tlje s.s. Star of the South, Captain Holmes, Jeft Auckland at 430 p.m. on Wednesday last, 21st inst., with a strong head wind, and passed Cape Cqlville at 11 p.m. Had strong northerly winds and dirty weather to the East Cape, which was rounded at 9.30 p m on Thursday. Had light westerly wind and £ne weather from the East Cape to Portland Island, which she passed at 11.30 a.m. yes ferday. From thence to port, experienced Jight southerly winds, and arrived here at fi.3Q last evening. Reports having sighted the p.s. Nevada ofFTologa Bay at 3 a ni. yesterday. She was the bearer of about 40 tons general pargo and several passengers. —By advertisement it will be seen that the Star is jo leave for Auckland at 6 o'clock on Monday evening, 26th jnst. The brigantine Enterprise, from Wellingtpn, arrived in port this, afternoon.
