Napier, Captain W. Kendall, from Poverty Bay, arrived in harbor at 430 this afternoon. The favorite steamer Star of the South is announced to steam hence for Auckland at 7 o'clock this evening. She will be the bearer of 1,150 sheep and several passengers. The barque Grlenbuntly, for London, cleared at the Customs today, with the following cargo:—l,lß3 bales and 290 quarter-bales (675,004 lbs.) wool, 9 bales (485) skins, Kinross & Co. ; 306 bales (10L,061 lbs.) wool, 2 bales skins. Watt Brothers; 32 bales (9,995 lbs ) wool, Stuart and Co. ; 133 bales (7,739 lbs.) wool, Routledge, Kennedy & Co.— Total estimated value, £53,502.—The Glenhuntly started on her homeward voyage shortlv after 4 o'clock this afternoon. She appeared to be in excellent trim. The s.s. Rangatira steamed hence last even jng for Wellington and the South, with 18 tons potatoes, 6 baga grass seed, 3 boxes, 2 empty casks, &c. The p.s. Nevada, from Wellington, arrived at Lyttelton at 3.30 this morning, and left for Port' Chalmers at noon. This steamer may be expected to arrive here again on or about the 19th inat. The s.s. Keera may be expected to arrive from the South on or about the 19th inst. The ship Underley, ashore at the Islo of Wight, has become a total wreck. She fell over on her seaward and parted amidships.
