As mentioned in ouv last, the s.s. Napier arrived in port last evening. She left Napier on Monday night, and proceeded as far as Waimarama, where she landed cargo and shipped 88 bales wool. Finding the sea on the coast too heavy to proceed to Blackhead, bore up for Napier, arriving as above. The s.s. Kangatira, Capt. Renner, from Wellington and Southern Ports, arrived in port at 5 o'clock this morning, bringing a full general cargo and some forty passengers. From Wellington to this port, experienced easterly weather with heavy swell.—The Rangatira leaves for the South this aftornoon. The schooner Cora will probably sail for Punedin to-night. Her cargo consists of 30 tuns whale oil, 200 bags potatoes, &o.
