NOTICE is hereby given that by order of this Court, dated the seventeenth day of January last, John Hare, of Napier, Esq., has been cons'remed Trustee of the Estate of the said Bankrupt, and that it is thereby further ordered that the said Bankrupt shall pass his last examination, and, if the Court shall think fit, apply for his .discharge on the first day of March next. ■';> Dated this 3rd day of February, 1872.
