This moening, about 6 o'clock, the clipper hrig Venue, Capt. Baldock, started on her voyage to London, with a cargo of wool, the quantity and value of which has already been noted in these columns. The Venus having taken in her cargo in the inner harbor, the services of the s.s. Napier were brought into requisition to tow the brig out into the Bay, the steamer parting from her when off Ahuriri Bluff. We wish Capt. Baldock and his gallant vessel a prosperous run home.— The Venus will be followed —we believe in about a week—by the barque Ballarat, Captain Wm. Reynolds. The schooner Mariner, W. Joiner, master, sailed for the Thames and Auckland this morning, with (for the Thames) 15 tons hay, M'Hardy; (for Auckland) 150 cases stout, Watt Brothers; 100 boxes soap, JSeaiaud Clos?.

The 6.8. Napier took on board 220 bales of wool yesterday afternoon, a portion of which -was transhipped into the barque Jialarat last evaning, and the remainder this morning.
