IHE HAWKES BAY TIMES _- has, by order of Mr Justice Johnston, been constituted a Gazette or Newagaggr iti which Notices required by tbe Bankruptcy Act 1307, § 8 and the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act 1363, § 3 to be published'in the Gazette may bo published in and for the Province of llawko's Bay.
