STEWART V. DROWER.

Mr. Lee appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Stedman for the defendant.

This was an action arising out of cross claims between the parties, plaintiff having for some years managed a store for the defendant. Some time back, all differences between them were referred to arbitration, and an award having been made, Mr Stedman moved to make the submission a rule of s Court, which was granted

Mr Lee then moved for a rule, to sliow cau>e why the award should not be set aside, or let erred back to the arbitrators, on the oToi.nd that the award was bad for manv reasons.

Rule granted returnable in Wellington
